Xu Shuangru, professor at College of Foreign Studies, Jinan University, holding a Ph.D. in Literature. Her primary research focuses on comparative literature, ethnic American literature, and translation studies. She has published about 30 journal articles, 2 monographs and 3 book-length translations. Some of Professor Xu’s postgraduate and undergraduate students at the College of Foreign Studies, Jinan University, participated in the translation of the first draft.
